Campaign: To Raise awareness to the Trust and its Hospitals within the region and gather feedback from the community regarding services
233 questionnaires were completed at Lambeth and the DFP events team at the stand engaged with 877 people during the weeklong event, the DFP team stayed late into the evening to catch people who were leaving work.

The Acute NHS Trust Sherwood Forest Hospitals NHS Trust took part in the DFP Community Roadshow in Chesterfield in January, 2017.
It was an outside event which saw their Nurse Recruitment Commercial – produced by DFP – broadcast on the plasma screens in our Exhibition Trailer.
We took detailed enquiries from 38 qualified Nurses as potential candidates for the Trust.
The weekly footfall of the Vicar Lane Shopping area is 200,000 per week.
The criteria for the recruitment drive was that the enquiries we take had to be from qualified, registered nurses.
The Trust was very happy with these figures generated and then took part in the Derby roadshow in April where 94 detailed enquiries were collected from qualified Nurses.

So far so good in terms of the road show – 31 enquiries generated was good.
We also had a very good reaction to the video online – it got almost 400 views, which is good for us. It’s now on our webpage and I will be showing it at future events.
While it’s too early to really measure the impact of working with DFP, what I can say is that I found all the team we worked with to be friendly & professional.
Jess was also brilliant – he always seemed to be there whenever I dropped in across the week and obviously had a clear sense of the kind of people we need to recruit.

The Barking, Havering & Redbridge Hospitals NHS Trust took part in the DFP Community Roadshows in Romford and Ilford in March and April, 2017.
The events were used as a platform to promote careers within their Trust and their Staff Recruitment commercial, produced by DFP TV, was broadcast on the vidiwall screen over the 2-week period.
DFP TV staff collated enquiries from 352 potential candidates for the Trust in Ilford and 202 potential candidates in Romford.
The weekly footfall of the Exchange Shopping Centre, Ilford, is 220,000 people, per week and in the Liberty Shopping Centre, Romford, over 450,000 people, per week.
The criteria set for the recruitment drive was to promote the Trust to clinical and non-clinical staff.

The event organised by DFP was a fantastic engagement tool for our Special Constables recruitment campaign.
The two day roadshow drew lots of local interest and initial application forms tripled in numbers to what we normally receive in a week.
The DFP member of staff was extremely proactive and was full of energy and enthusiasm throughout the whole duration which is exactly what you need for this kind of event.
The video wall roadshow, which showcased our cable crime film, ran for a fortnight, beginning in Swansea before moving to Cardiff.
As well as providing a good visual tool in which to showcase the film to the public, it also served as an opportunity to engage with people and raise public perception of cable crime.
The launch of the film was an ideal opportunity to get the message across to the public that theft of cable is not a victimless crime – a message that was at the heart of the film.
Utilising the video wall provided us with a ready-made access point from which to engage with the public – something that would have taken up far greater resources had this facility not been available to us.
The video wall provided a far greater platform to gain media attention for the launch of the film. As a result, we were able to obtain coverage in the South Wales Evening Post (print and online), local radio stations The Wave, Swansea Sound and Bay Radio, S4C and Radio Cymru, as well as news website silobreaker.com.

From initial enquiry to delivery of the final videos, DFP TV were professional, focused and efficient. Their approach to planning and execution gave us confidence that the end product would be exactly what we wanted. During the planning process we were made aware of all the different options available to us, shown examples of DFP TV’s other work, and given freedom to choose the style of film that would fit best with the audiences we were trying to attract.
The scripting stage worked very smoothly; Annabel took time to meet with us and look around the College to get a full understanding of the message that we wanted to get across. Her patience while we batted ideas backwards and forwards was exemplary!
The filming part of the project was carried out with great efficiency. Kevin and Otis were professional throughout, had a clear understanding of what was required from the footage and directed the shots to get maximum benefit from the time available. It was clear that they held a great deal of filming experience and communicated with staff and students in a friendly and approachable manner throughout their time on campus.
Production of the animated parts of the video, and editing worked very well, and despite numerous changes requested by us, the editing team produced an excellent end product well within the timescales promised.
The agreement culminated in the DFP TV Roadshow at a local shopping centre. With the stand manned by DFP TV representatives and College staff, we managed to engage with a significant number of our target market, representing an excellent result for all concerned.
We are currently planning our next project with DFP TV, and would definitely recommend
them to anyone else.

Health Information roadshow comes to Braehead Shopping Centre Glasgow. NHS 24’s Health Information Services is featuring in a major community roadshow at the shopping centre for seven days from May 21. The event will showcase a 60-second film via a sixteen-screen High Definition plasma video wall, highlighting how people in Scotland can access NHS 24’s Health Information Services.
NHS 24’s Head of Health Information Services Lynne Huckerby said: “I would urge people in Braehead and the surrounding area to take the opportunity to visit this community roadshow to find out more about the wide range of health and care advice, information and support available to them through telephone, web and other digital channels.
We will also have staff on hand at the event to answer questions from members of the public. By taking just a few minutes out of their day, people can find out more about where to look for and what type of health and care information is available to them in Scotland, as well as local support services.
The roadshow in Braehead is part of a summer-long tour taking in venues across Scotland between May and July. The events aim to engage with local communities to provide members of the public with information on local businesses, projects and services.
